The Great Voting Age Debate
With so much debate on voting rights in the news today, one question not asked is whether we should lower the voting age. It’s a debate that has lived on for years, and one the Kim and Dan pick up in this episode.

“We’ve having this debate because 254 measures in 43 different states are being introduce to suppress the vote.” Kim
“Moderate your policies, don’t suppress the vote.” Dan
“I want them to push me to think. I want them to push me to see the world in a different way.” Dan
“Arguably, this is when they know the most about civics.” Kim
“We don’t get to decide whether somebody gets to vote based on what they think and how they feel about issues.” Kim
“We have to fight for what we have now, and then also talk about the 16-year-old idea.” Dan
